Last Updated: September 11, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to ShakurWebsites. By accessing or using this website or purchasing or receiving services from ShakurWebsites ("we," "us," "our," or "ShakurWebsites"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Our Services

ShakurWebsites provides website design, development, hosting, maintenance, technical support, and related digital services.

Specific services, pricing, features, and arrangements may vary depending on the service selected and the individual agreement between ShakurWebsites and a client.

Information presented on this website is intended to describe our general services and does not necessarily constitute a binding offer for every project or service.

3. Free Website Development

ShakurWebsites may offer website design and development services at no upfront design or development charge under the Free Website tier.

The Free Website tier may include custom website design, hand-coded development, responsive design, and other features described on our pricing page.

Hosting, domain registration, ongoing maintenance, and other continuing services may be separate from the free website build unless otherwise stated.

Acceptance of a free website project is subject to availability and ShakurWebsites' ability to reasonably complete the requested project.

4. Website Care & Maintenance

Clients who choose ongoing Website Care services may receive hosting, website maintenance, content updates, technical support, performance monitoring, and other services described on the applicable pricing page or service agreement.

Website Care is a continuing service and may be billed monthly or through an available prepaid service period.

Requests that fall outside the normal scope of Website Care may be subject to additional fees. Any applicable additional charges should be communicated before the work is performed whenever reasonably possible.

5. Payments & Billing

Paid services must be paid according to the pricing, billing schedule, or service agreement applicable to the client's service.

Monthly services may continue to renew until cancelled according to the applicable cancellation terms.

If a payment fails or an account becomes past due, ShakurWebsites may limit or suspend applicable services until the account is brought current.

Clients are responsible for keeping their payment information current when required for recurring services.

6. Domains & Hosting

Domain registration and website hosting may be provided as part of an ongoing Website Care arrangement or through third-party providers.

Domain names are subject to the policies, registration requirements, renewal schedules, and availability of the applicable domain registrar.

ShakurWebsites cannot guarantee the continued availability of a particular domain name or the uninterrupted operation of third-party hosting, domain, payment, or other external services.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, materials, content, and instructions necessary to complete their project.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide to ShakurWebsites, including text, photographs, logos, trademarks, videos, and other content, are legally authorized for use.

Delays caused by missing information, late approvals, unavailable content, or other circumstances outside ShakurWebsites' reasonable control may affect project timelines.

8. Client Content

Clients retain ownership of content and materials they provide to ShakurWebsites unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By providing materials for use in a website project, the client grants ShakurWebsites permission to use those materials as reasonably necessary to design, develop, maintain, and provide the requested services.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their content does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

9. Website Ownership & Source Files

The ownership and delivery of completed website files are determined by the applicable service arrangement.

Where the Free Website tier specifically provides a downloadable website package, the client may receive the applicable website files in a ZIP archive as described by the service.

Third-party software, services, fonts, libraries, images, trademarks, and other materials included in a website may remain subject to their respective licenses and ownership rights.

10. Intellectual Property

ShakurWebsites retains ownership of its own original business materials, branding, reusable development techniques, templates, systems, and other intellectual property unless ownership is expressly transferred in writing.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party intellectual property or materials that ShakurWebsites does not own.

11. Portfolio & Promotional Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ShakurWebsites may display completed client websites or portions of completed work in its portfolio, promotional materials, or professional presentations.

ShakurWebsites will make reasonable efforts not to disclose private or confidential information that is not publicly available.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website or ShakurWebsites' services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious purposes.

You may not use our services to knowingly distribute malicious software, conduct unauthorized activity, infringe the rights of others, or otherwise violate applicable law.

ShakurWebsites reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services involving content or activities that we reasonably believe are unlawful, harmful, abusive, or incompatible with our services.

13. Cancellations & Termination

Clients may request cancellation of ongoing services in accordance with the applicable service agreement or billing terms.

ShakurWebsites may suspend or terminate services when reasonably necessary due to nonpayment, misuse of services, unlawful activity, violation of these Terms, or other material breaches of an applicable agreement.

Cancellation or termination does not automatically eliminate amounts that became due before the effective cancellation date.

14. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee that our website, hosting environment, or third-party services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, software updates, hosting issues, domain issues, outages, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ShakurWebsites will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

16. Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on third-party providers for hosting, domains, payments, forms, analytics, fonts, software libraries, or other functionality.

ShakurWebsites does not control the policies, availability, security, pricing, or functionality of third-party services and is not responsible for changes or failures originating from those providers.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or legal requirements.

When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated.

Continued use of our website or services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

19. Contact Us

If you have questions about these Terms of Use or our services, you can contact ShakurWebsites directly.
